For Christmas 2018, BILD was contracted to create an authentic Santa’s Village in the heart of Roundwood.
As a part of the brief, we were asked to erect seven different cottage-style huts to act as different interactive areas throughout the event such as Mrs. Claus’ House, an Elf Workshop, Santa’s Grotto and an Elf Quarters.
We began the build in the first week of November 2018. Extreme weather conditions in the first week of the build made this one of the most challenging set ups of 2018. Also, limited daylight meant we had to be efficient with our time.
Some of the services that BILD provided included Carpenters, Teleporter Operators and Project Management. We also installed two festoon lighting arrangements.
Looking at these huts we noted how ideal they would also be for a glamping experience!
This really is one of the coolest Christmas Experiences around and couldn’t recommend bringing the family to Santa’s Journey any more!
